Around 11 PM, a strange and loud noise started coming from the air conditioner and continued all night. We had no choice but to turn it off and go to bed. Also it was inconvenient because I couldn't set a medium temperature when taking a shower , and I could only choose between hot and cold water.

The description of this hotel is very inaccurate. The room was incredibly small which is fine. But it said it was sound proof. That is 100% not the case we heard EVERYTHING. There was mold in the bathroom. Only one of the three light bulbs in the bathroom worked. The restaurant downstairs changed their prices of coffee everyday. It was never the same. There is a gift shop that said opened majority of the time and was not opened once. The TV did not work. The safe didn’t work. The overhead light kept turning on randomly in the middle of the night. The water pressure was non existent. The “fitness facility“ had zero ventilation and also smelled like mold. The water pressure was non existent which was the smallest problem we experienced. Do yourself a favor and spend a little bit more for a better experience.

The staff seemed disinterested on arrival and the ways of using the room was not explained. The TV did not function for the first day and we were told the error was being addressed. This did not happen. The 2nd request prompted a visit at 7:30 am the following morning. The main room light did not work nor did the bathroom sockets, the USB ports or alarm clock. The alarm clock kept resetting itself as though there was a short. The bed change on the 3rd day resulted in blood stained quilt covers (which we did not use - very gross … pictures are available upon request !!).

The room was clean. The pool was nice (but cold). Shuttle service was prompt. The restaurant was good—the jerk chicken was excellent. We couldn’t have wanted much more from our night at the Lodgings.
