Building and beach are beautiful, but ZERO amenities! When I booked our room it came with breakfast upon arrival I was told there was no breakfast I had to go to the supermarket to buy food for my children on my vacation they offer nothing on the beach for children or activities not as described if you don’t mind going and making your own breakfast and snacks you might enjoy this hotel do not go if you expect to be pampered! Hotel is not as described. Many other hotels along the beach that offer for better amenities and service for the same price
Stay was amazing. The pool was awesome and the beach was perfect for relaxing. Not crowded and a bit away from the busier beachfronts in front of some of the other properties in the Grace Bay Area. Can’t wait to visit again!
Had a great time at Regent Grand. Friendly staff. Perfectly maintained property. Service even on the beach !! Clear, turquoise water. Great drinks by the pool and amazing view from the room. Close to everything - restaurants, shops. A must stay on grace bay.
Highly recommend! Quite and relaxing! Staff, Mel, Gil, JoJo were always there to provide ice, bottled water and beach towels by pool and beach great job guys! Regent Village had some great restaurants also walking distance to some other local restaurants and shopping.
The staff was top-notch! They did everything to make sure we were happy. The pool was fun and the beach was gorgeous. The location was convenient to shops & restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay.
Great place. Very good service and very clean. The beach is absolutely beautiful. We went snorkeling and the boat picked us up right on the beach. Nice place for breakfast as well.
We were looking for a quiet, comfortable place to relax on the beach and that is exactly what we got. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/3 bath condo that was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious, clean, and private. We didn't want to leave! The entire resort is beautiful and quiet. The beach and pool were never crowded or noisy. It was truly relaxing. The staff are all very friendly and polite. We couldn't have picked a better place. We hope to return there for another vacation.
Just 4 nights but will definitely come back. If you looking for place to relax, this is perfect place. Friendly and always helpful staff. Sun and miles of clean beach.
I am normally very hard to please and I look at every little detail and sadly I look for the worst in things before I look for the good. I was very, very pleased with this hotel. I could not find or think of one thing that could have been better. The beds were top notch, very close to the beach-only steps away, 2 large flat screen tvs in the bedrooms and living rooms, oceanfront view, very, very quiet area, not tons of people. The rooms were very, very clean. The staff greets you everywhere. They actually make you feel important and valued as a guests. This is easily a 5 star hotel!
Everything was wonderful. Beautiful, spacious accommodations. People were lovely everywhere and happy to give us travel tips and recommendations. Hotel desk got us hard-to-get dinner reservations and helped us plan trips. We rented a car for a few days and really saw the island, but you can choose to stay close by with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Beach was gorgeous, as was the pool. Restaurant prices throughout the island are expensive, but coming from New York, we were not overwhelmed. We also could walk/ride bikes (free of charge from the resort) to the supermarket and buy food, so we made many of our lunches and ate on our veranda overlooking the ocean, which was relaxing and delicious and a nice break from the sun. Our kids, ages 24 and 22, loved it too, so I feel confident in recommending it for adults and older kids (there might not be as much to do for younger kids). A great vacation. Off-season was perfect.
Awesome! Hotel, location, staff, food. Everything was awesome except the prices. Everything was too expensive. The country will need to rethink their pricing policy because their rep for very high prices is going to catch up with them soon. I would love to come back but I can take at least two vacations for the price of this one.
The Regent Grand was the perfect hotel stay!! It was beautiful, clean, and the staff was very accommodating. They treat you like family. The location was great and never needed to call a taxi because everything was so close. The beach is beyond words and they even give you water as you walk onto the beach. I can't wait to go back and I am so happy I selected the Regent Grand!!!
Hotel was build in 2008 and still looked very new. Convenient to walk to the downtown (it is very small though) and the grocery shop. Their beach was beautiful with white sand and shallow water which was best to swim safely. But if you want to enjoy snorkeling on site, you may want to think of Coral Gardens and Windsong Resort (I saw more families with small kids), rather than The Reagent Grand (quieter and more upscale). Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. On our last day, we planned to checkout very early at 5:30 AM. It was impressive that the bellboy showed up at our room at 5:30 AM and helped our luggages! Unexpectedly, overall, people in the island were very punctual (better than our country) and we enjoyed their service such as transports, tours, and restaurants. We had a great time!
Everything about our visit to the Regent Grand was wonderful. Calvin took care of all our reservations including dinners and activities. Housekeeping was awesome and never in our way. They came to clean while we were out and turn down service was very nice. Our condo was beautifully decorated and had a large balcony overlooking the beach/ocean. Was fantastic.
Very quiet even during peak season with plenty of chairs at the beach and pool. Stunning beach excellent for taking long walks. Two bed, two bath ocean view suite was clean and spacious. Turks and Caicos was expensive and the food on the island was meh at best.
