"The apartment was spotless, spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Check-in and check-out were fast, easy and contactless. Added bonus was having a lau dry room right inside the flat with not only a washer but also a dryer. Only downfall is that the mattress in the bedroom although comfortable, was caving in in the center making it difficult for 2 people to sleep through the night. "Great location and the apartment was clean and well maintained. There is a tram line outside but nothing some earplugs didn’t solve. What really stood out was the communication with the host. From check in instructions to restaurant recommendations nothing was too much trouble. And when discovering my son had left his sunglasses behind the offer to post them to the uk for us was instant. Would definitely stay again if we return to Milan. Thank you 😊 "
