"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"As a short term let for a young family I would not recommend this apartment. There was very little of the usual provisions like salt, olive oil, wash up liquid. There’s a spiral stair case and very low ceiling in the attic. And there’s no mosquito screens. However, to be fair, the apartment was reasonably cheap, reasonably well located, and was clean. The management company were responsive although I still don’t know what the situation was with bins."

The information from Giancarlo was excellent before arrival and during our stay. We appreciated the parking in garage and the flat was rather close to the beach with excellent services. "

"I have stayed in many properties around Viareggio for work over the past 2 years. I would stay here again. Very clean, everything must have been recently renovated because it's all like new. Internet not great anywhere but living room/bedroom. Nice back patio. Convenient to everything in Viareggio city proper with grocery store and butcher near by. Steps from the beach and promenade. great communication with managers."

"Great communication by host, but for people not traveling by car, picking up the keys was a hassle. Also, having some basics like salt and pepper or olive oil in the kitchen would've been appreciated. Other than that, the place is clean and located so close to the beach. The backyard was amazing to sit in."

"Road to property virtually inaccessible. Very remote to the point of no restaurant shops or anything really unless you drive 30 minutes near Lucca for nearest small supermarket . On arrival was asked for 300 euros cash deposit which didn’t have and then 20 euros per person for cleaning which would be taken off the deposit this was not made clear on website . Dark gloomy and damp property . Didn’t get what was advertised and booked and payed for and was expected to pay more . Booked 3 nights...
