"Wonderful guest house. Word to the wise, not a quiet spot. It's right on a main path for foot and auto traffic with an Irish pub below. The noise did not bother us one bit. The hostess, Debra, was very sweet and helpful. Kitchen is stocked with sweets, coffee and tea. Wine available for purchase. We loved it."

"We arrived a little ahead of schedule but were welcomed and able to check in super quickly. The room was very conveniently situated in the centre of Lucca, with easy access to most things. The only downside would be the 6 flights of stairs to reach our room!"

"Very friendly and relaxing. Lucca is a beautiful city to visit and Casa Biancalana is a great base from which to visit. Very relaxing to sit by the pool after a day site seeing."

"Relais Puccini est situé à 15 min de la gare ferroviaire est à proximité de Porta Sant'Anna pour accéder dans la vieille ville. Lucia est disponible, à l'écoute et a le sens du partage. J'avais la chambre 1, au rez-de-chaussée au calme, très spacieuse et climatisée. "
