"Relais Puccini est situé à 15 min de la gare ferroviaire est à proximité de Porta Sant'Anna pour accéder dans la vieille ville. Lucia est disponible, à l'écoute et a le sens du partage. J'avais la chambre 1, au rez-de-chaussée au calme, très spacieuse et climatisée. "

"Dit verblijf is in een woord top. Simpele incheck, aardig personeel, een prima ontbijt, en een bijzonder ridderlijk ingerichte kamer ( we hadden wel de grootste). Het gebruik van de tuin was erg fijn, we mochten er ook onze fietsen parkeren, tot slot het mooie centrum van Lucca is op loopafstand van het verblijf. In een woord, een aanrader!"

"We arrived a little ahead of schedule but were welcomed and able to check in super quickly. The room was very conveniently situated in the centre of Lucca, with easy access to most things. The only downside would be the 6 flights of stairs to reach our room!"
