Originally booked one night but stayed for two !"

"All was as promised. Staff let me order a meal at 9:31pm(1 min over), brought it up to my room. Stopped in am to tell us to get our umbrella out as it was about to rain, desk person was very very clear about 20% discount for my Expedia rack, where don't coffee/tea, kept something h ing cold for me. Five minute walk to departures."

"Room was modest but fine. Fan was essential since no AC, but cooled things off well with window open. Pillows on beds were quite hard/not fluffy, so replacing them would be a good upgrade. Only real complaint was not with room but with reservations system: we wanted to shorten our 8-day stay by one night (in advance, not on arrival) and doing so would have been MORE expensive than just sticking with our original reservation.
