"Met the owner after a call and got the keys and tour. The property is clean and maintained with rooms around a shared space. You can hear other people in the shared space. The location is very convenient to the airport and central station as well as sights in Pisa."

"There were problems with the following things in my room with a bathroom:
WiFi dropped constantly
Bidet broken
Ants in the bathroom
Tv so high on the wall that it was unwatchable
Wardrobe with only three hangers
Doors left open to the building and hotel
Air conditioner turned off at about 1 AM every night
Clock was so ugly
Toilet seat broken
I messaged about the WiFi and the bidet problems, but they didn’t do anything or offer any assistance."

"Clear instructions how to access the building, responded very quickly to questions. Room very clean, everything we needed, only a 5 minute walk to the airport. So was excellent for our requirements. A car park is around the corner as no onsite parking but you can park in the road up to 8am for free."
