We loved our night here, the staff were lovely and it was quiet and in easy access to the Main Street. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable with everything you would want from a room. Great shower too.

Lovely staff ; welcoming , helpful and kind. The room was terrific with a huge bathroom. It is only a few mins walk from pisa centrale station ( which is very easy to get to from the airport via the excellent pisamover shuttle train) . Breakfast is to your room by tray at 8.30 but there are good cafes nearby if the time does not suit. It was easy to leave my luggage in advance which I really appreciated.

A little piece of heaven!

This was a one night piece of heaven on a 3 week trip. Beautiful space, wonderful people and close to everything including the train station. Their recommendations led us to the best meal of our trip. Their thoughtfulness meant we did not need anything, they had thought of our every need. We will definitely be back, thank you Cini! Lovely hotel. We had a few scary minutes arriving by car as this property is up a very small alleyway so we had to ask the doorman to show us. He escorted us through the streets of Florence to show us how to drive up to the entrance. Very kind of him. We loved the proximity to restaurants shops etc. we were right in the heart of Florence a few steps away from the Duomo. Staff very helpful. Room always cleaned and chocolates and water left for us every day. Breakfast lovely. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much .

Property close to the train station and the location of the hotel is central. Not a suitable hotel for the elderly or disabled, and families with young children because you face the high stairs to reception area and rooms on even higher floors. The receptionist offer you help with your luggage on arrival but don’t expect help on check out. Breakfast the only option is breakfast delivered to your room at a given time 8.30am! Breakfast is very minimal with basic small cold items placed on a tray. No eggs, no cheese, or milk. Pricey hotel.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Palazzo Cini Luxury hotel in Pisa. This boutique style hotel is stunning with crisp and clean decor and furnishing. The bathroom was my favorite part of our room because it was so modern with double sinks, and a beautiful shower. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had slept on during our time in Italy. I really enjoyed that it was an actual queen bed and not 2 twin beds put together. The room is spacious enough to not feel cramped. The hotel is very clean and you can tell that the room is cleaned daily. The staff is very attentive and they know each person who is staying in their hotel and their room numbers. The staff can also provide you withi nformation if you are bringing a car, and I really enjoyed the breakfast voucher that was included in our room price. At first I wasn't sure how I felt about leaving the hotel for breakfast everyday, but the restaurant they partner with is delicious. You also get a good amount of food with the breakfast voucher. The hotel is located in a great area with restaurants within 5 min walking distance. This was perfect on the days where we had walked so much we just wanted something close to the hotel. I would only choose to stay at this hotel if I was booking in Pisa. Overall 10/10!

Palazzo Cini Rooms are set in a great location for all attractions in Pisa. Also have shops and restaurants nearby which is a bonus… the room we stayed in was clean, great facilities including a smart TV. There is also a small garden area for guest - we would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Pisa and will indeed be returning ourselves

The hotel is cute but it is not all that it is advertised to be. Our room was very warm and humid even during a cool and rainy week in April and the air conditioning didn’t function so we made the mistake of opening the windows at night. My daughter woke up every morning with many new bug bites. On the third morning, we killed 6 mosquitoes in our room. The mosquito nets failed and the windows don’t have screens. We had to sleep with the windows shut the next two nights. The towels remained damp and never dried after use due to the humidity. The street was quite noisy at night with scooters, motorcycles, and loud pedestrians even though the hotel is not in a busy area. During our stay, other guests walked up the hotel stairway well after midnight every night and their laughing and loud voices echoed throughout the entire hotel. The stairwell design and materials amplified the noise. In the early morning, the little kids in the room above us ran around and the noise carried into our room.
