"Overall, the stay was good, and everything was fine. However, I was disappointed that I had reserved for 3 people and was only informed the night before arrival that the property could only provide a room for 2. This should have been communicated much earlier to allow time to make alternative arrangements. Otherwise, the stay was good."

"This was a scam. The property was unattended leaving a number of guests on the street. The Police were called to assist. No response from help line and no way of accessing any support. "
