"There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June."

"It was so clean and the staff are very friendly"

"Always, excellent. Only place I stay when in Newport"

"Great location and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was great and they actually had room service. Can't recommend enough."

"Big, clean and excellent property"

"Great place to stay with sizeable rooms. The breakfast in the morning had good options, and staff was very helpful."

I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia...

"I've stayed there 2 times now. The first time the attendant at the front desk was extremely rude to my father in law (an 82. year old man). They DID NOT explain their policy of not cleaning the room or changing towels unless requested. They argued that they gave us "Welcome Letter" which neither me or my father in law received it during our separate check in times. The rooms are extremely outdated. Both times the room smelled weird and the bathrooms are not very clean and the towels may as...
