"Only stayed for the one night but when I return to Leeds I will be staying in this property again. The only fault was with the WiFi but wasn’t a major issue as it was only for the night. The property has everything you need and so close to the town centre. Had a very comfortable nights sleep. Staff even let us in early…many thanks"

"The check in was really confusing. We parked near by but only told after check in that could get discount on parking. Check in window is between 3 and 6, location is confusing to find and then they wanted £200 additional deposit even though room paid for and needed a traditional credit card not apple pay. Then sent to different building. Corridors and room smelt mouldy and damp. Our expectation that this would be a lovely stay for family and it was poor to average. Location in town good but...

"The apartment was good, but the company took a 100 GBP damage deposit (it was supposed to be a hold but the money was debited from my account). They then claimed not to have actually taken the money (despite evidence to the contrary) and despite acknowledging the need to return the damage deposit claim to have done so without actually having done so (because they claim it was just a hold). "The room is in a really good location for both parking and if you are getting the train into Leeds. The check in process if fairly straight forward, however it did take me around 15 minutes as the confirmation reference wouldn’t work. The room could do with some redecorating and some modern appliances installing. The cupboards don’t sit flush and it’s more noticeable the more you see it. The room could benefit from little cleaning supplies being left ie anti-bacterial spray and some...

"We had everything we needed to make our stay a really good one. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Everything was catered for kitchen wise. Hob, microwave, toaster, kettle all in excellent order. The staff were lovely. Kirsty and Leah in particular could not have been more helpful. Thank you to Deuce for making our stay a great one."

"I booked this stay to go to a concert at the nearby Brudenell Social Club (5-10 minute walk) and it was the perfect choice. Excellent communication with the host made the check in process very smooth. I strongly recommend it."
