"We arrived late at night after a long journey. Despite having submitted all required information and paid the deposit in advance, check-in was confusing, and supervisors were completely unaware of our payment. Communication was disorganized throughout most of our stay, and we struggled to reach the right contact. It only improved toward the end, once we finally connected with our main contact.

"①Wi-Fiのパスコード表無し！手書きで渡されたが間違いで、繋がらなかった。翌日他のスタッフに再度確認したら（これも手書き）繋がった。
②館内案内図無し！
③近隣施設の案内是面も無し！（最寄駅・コンビニ・飲食店他）一々確認しなければならず極めて不親切。
④上記に含まれるが、クリーニング店も施設内に無く長期滞在には不向き。
⑤徒歩圏内（徒歩20分必要とか？）に鉄道がなく、移動は止む無くタクシーを利用だが、ホテル名が有名でなくホテルへ帰還するのに一苦労。⑥ハウスキーピングは毎日行われない様子で不便！バスタオルの替えを請求するも 平然と「拒否！」された。 ⑦好感の持てるスタッフもいるが、不愛想なスタッフがいるときは不愉快そのもの！"
