"We stayed at this hotel on a business trip. It is well located in a safe, modern area of Puebla. Easy access to malls and dining options. The hotel is not luxurious but rather express-like. It has a small gym and pool for morning laps. The breakfast offers a great opportunity to sample authentic Mexican cuisine. In general, it is a good business express-type hotel with staff that is professional and courteous."

The spa was very relaxing and everything was very reasonably priced. Great internet in the common areas; just not in our room itself. The pool is small, but very clean and nice. Delicious food at the restaurant and at breakfast. Wonderful place!"

"Place was OK needs a little updating and modern restaurant looked nice but did not go too expensive for breakfast. Pool deck needs to be cleaned and sprayed off you could see from our room. There was a lot of mold and dirt on the pool deck."
