The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything that's happening outside. The clock bell rings every hour, starting early in the morning. And the towels are really uncomfortable and stiff. But the staff is amazing!

The property, ( common areas , gardens, pool area ) are really beautiful , however the rooms, room amenities and comodities are terrible: the bed is too hard , the pillows too are too hard, the towels are like sand paper , the bathroom amenities are ones like in a motel 1 star , they have NO BLACK OUT Courtins !! , NO CLOSET ( there is just three hangers inside the bathroom) TV is too small , No air condition , no heaters … NO SERVÍ-BAR !! No snacks or any type of food inside the rooms , NO TELEPHONE inside the room … rooms are incredibly Noisy … so in general this is NOT a hotel to rest … my

Las instalaciones y el servicio impecables. Solo dos aspectos que me desilisionaron. El restaurante abre a las 9 de la mañana!!! Antes no hay servicio y por las noches el servicio a la habitación que solicité a las 10:30 p.m., no se pudo hacer, la cocina cierra temprano y finalmente el hotel solo presta servicio los fines de semana, me quise quedar la noche del domingo para salir el lunes y no fue posible. Pero reitero, eñ servicio fue muy bieno por parte del personal que me atendió.

Bonito

El hotel tiene instalaciones muy bonitas, el jardin, la alberca y el restaurante estan llimpios y agradables. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero estam comodas, los unicos dos detalles fue el aviso en las puertas de las habitaciones indicando mantener cerrada la puerta por las arañas, asi como el que se fue la energia electrica como por una hora. Por lo demas todo bien
