"Nice breakfast buffet, if somewhat limited. Staff are very good & friendly. Some rooms have a Washer & Drier for long stays. Gorgeous pool, nice little gym. Good parking. Excellent area."

"Finding the place wasn't easy for the taxi driver. They have a small sign on the wall above a gate. Then you had to push a button for someone to let you in. After I got there the gentleman at the desk told me he had to have a deposit which came to $124.59 U.S. I gave him my Amex card which just worked at a restaurant and I've used several times since without any problems. He said it wouldn't work. After I checked to make sure it wasn't frozen, I told him I could tap and pay with my Chase Sapphire Reserve card. He said OK and it went through. After it was charged he said that I had to give him my credit card number and expiration date. I told him that I won't do that as that's the whole reason for tap and pay is they never get that info. He put me on the phone with who he said was the manager. He told me that if I don't disclose my credit card number and expiration date that I can't stay even though I paid the deposit. So I had to leave without staying."

"Los elevadores tardan un siglo en llegar y hay que esperar aveces más de 15 minutos por un elevador. Están malisimamente programados y por eso se tardan, van a los mismos niveles al mismo tiempo y para mientras todos los demás niveles esperando. Algo súper incómodo es el tema del parqueo, cada vez que uno sale o saca el carro, debe parar en el lobby, sellarlo en recepción y luego validarlo en la máquina y luego tomar el elevador nuevamente para el S2, como huéspedes nos deberían dar un único ticket o tarjeta por toda la estadía. También a los huéspedes nos mandan al sótano 2, me parece muy mala atención cuando deberían darnos prioridad en el S1 o bien parquearnos donde cada quien encuentre al llegar."

"Conveniente al mall, al que caminamos en el dia y tomamos Uber de regreso en la noche. El area es relativamente quieta y segura. El desayuno es ok. No es tipo buffet y el menú es algo limitado. Un problema que ocasionó reservaciones extra fue resuelto por un atento empleado en el front desk."
