"Rooms are clean, well decorated and modern but not my thing. Not a fan of the “doorless shower” the floor still ended up wet. The area is very noisy but thats not the fault of the property owners. Check in is at the bar with was odd but well handled. Parking is not adequate enough.. "

"GREAT little hotel!!! Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Typical hotel water pressure, but wonderfully deep bathtubs. Amazing staff (especially Barbara). Would have liked to have a microwave in the room, but the mini fridge came in handy. Great balcony. Overall... worth every penny and WILL stay again."

"Very helpful staff. Very friendly, and made shuttle transfer to and from airport a breeze. Just call them and they’ll meet you there, or ask for a shuttle from the front desk. After calling from the airport, they arrived within 10 min. When asking from the front desk to head back to airport, they had a driver ready in just a min or 2. "Don’t ask staff for emergency # or location because they don’t offer that kind of help. Nor after check out do the offer privacy to speak to local law enforcement. They will ask why you contacted law enforcement and will listen into your phone call "

"We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating. "

"I booked a Two bed suite with a pull out bed, and when I checked in they gave me a one bed room and when I told them they said they were all booked up and couldn’t give me what I booked but I could pay for another room with one bed. The manager was rude so I just canceled and went to another hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again"
