Great if you are just sleeping overnight

This hotel is very close to Rio Dulce. Very nice pool with a small restaurant. The employees are very nice and helpful. The rooms need updating. Decor and tv were very old. If you are just driving through and need a place to relax outside and just sleep, this is the place. If you are looking for modest to luxury stay and amenities, this is not it. Overall, this place is an ok place.

Your booking did not reach hotel. Hotel could not identify your confirmation number. Hotel made me to pay 435 quatzels. Do not know how they calculated. Appreciate your reply.

Hotel is a little ways out of town but taxi and bus both very economical. It is near the main tourist attraction which is San Felipe Castle but not near the lake. Service wasn't worth writing home about. Stayed two days and did not ask if we wanted clean linens/towels. Room was small. Biggest complaint was that the wifi was agonizingly slow and, in fact, there was none for almost one whole night. Reported it but nothing was done. Restaurant: food was good and prices in line but service was slow. I wouldn't stay here again.

Mala relación calidad precio.

La habitación bastante medíocre, sucia, descuidada, las áreas comunes están un poco mejor, tiene un amplio estacionamiento, cerca del castillo y de la zona de renta de lanchas. Esperaba mucho más por ese precio.
