We really enjoyed our stay at Mercure, we hope to visit again. Our daughter loved the pool area, and the staff is extremely accommodating. We also enjoyed a few services at the spa which was very pleasant.

There was really good! First of all, service was really good! They are all kind and nice. I couldn’t make a reservation dinner. But they helped me. I really appreciated that. And breakfast was delicious. There many options. Christmas cookies were so cute. Pool was also really good! We enjoyed a lot of times in there!

Hotel is very well maintained and surrounded by nature Is very quiet and has a nice atmosphere to have a drink and relax. You will need transport to go to the city centre or other dining options. Dining options at the hotel were of good quality and competitive prices. Staff service is very slow and you need to be patient. You will wait the same time to be served if you are having a coffee, a drink or a full meal. Front desk staff (Martin) wasn’t the most nicest person to deal - query at check out unfortunately.

Top-shelf room and property that exudes class but be warned - the hotel is not within walking distance of downtown except in dire need. Going anywhere will necessitate hiring a driver. Pool and jacuzzi were cold and unusable during my stay.

This hotel was awesome. Stayed there for two nights and 3 days. The staff was very attentive. We did a little bit of laundry for us. Had our clothes back in 2 hours. There's a restaurant on the property that was wonderful. Food was great. The pool jacuzzi was nice and clean. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Very good stay. Other than iguazoo falls Park we did not have to leave the hotel for anything

Modern and Clean Hotel in Beautiful Iguazu

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's in a beautiful and peaceful location, and I enjoyed feeling like I was in the middle of the rainforest. One suggestion is to offer more vegan options at breakfast!

Is a very comfortable property, excellent spa massages, beautiful outdoor and convenient located to visit Iguazu Falls on the Argentinian side. Expensive transportation by remise. The cost to go to the Brazilian side was $140. Overall I will stay again is a beautiful and pageful hotel.
