Khách sạn Puerto Libertad

"When we got to this property, we were very excited. It was beautifully located in the jungle and the rooms are individual huts. Very remote, very beautiful. We were pretty quickly surprised by the staff. Very few were helpful. We believe it’s because we don’t speak much Spanish, but we tried our best and even used translator apps and most staff just seemed annoyed with us. However, all was fine and well until a storm came. You would think they get lots of rain and have a plan in place....

"Incredible stay, would come back in a heartbeat"

"The property was good and most folks were welcoming and helpful the WiFi was strange and one of my laptop couldn’t linkup and one of the staff refused to make us an extra key"

"Excelente lugar y servicio.

"This is by far the best hotel in Puerto Iguazu. The location is fantastic and you can walk to anywhere for food, shopping, tours, etc. It's very safe, comfortable and peaceful. The staff are also extremely helpful and all speak very good English. They helped us arrange transport and tours at very reasonable prices with very good drivers. The pool is a beautiful oasis and the Acai bowl is probably the best in the city. I've stayed at the Mecure and the City Falls Iguazu and they both have worse...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated all the extra touches like fresh fruit in the afternoons. The restaurant was great, breakfast was good and the food was very high quality."

"The hotel is set in the most beautiful grounds and our welcome was warm. It was great to have breakfast and dinner included in the price; the buffet style food was of a good quality, although only just warm but there was plenty of choice. The staff were attentive and it was lovely to have a linen table cloth and napkin at dinner. We were disappointed with the BBQ that we paid extra for on the second night. The meat was dry, probably reheated from the previous service; however, when we pointed...

"Great stay! Food was good …. We’re not as helpful and friendly…."

"This place offers a unique experience. Surrounded by trees we enjoyed the quietness of the forest. The restaurant serves a great variety of delicious food and the staff is super friendly. The rooms we got were a little bit outdated. Overall we had a good experience here,"

"Beautiful setting and view, clean rooms, breakfast is delicious and restaurant in the evening was lovely also!"
