"We had the best stay! We booked the airport transfers, tours, and all meals, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and had wonderful AC—a true relief after a day of exploring!
All of the staff were so helpful, welcoming, and courteous. Our tour guide, Diego, was incredibly knowledgeable, and we thoroughly enjoyed learning from him. Every tour was a fantastic experience!
The pool and swim-up bar were perfect for a midday break....

The additional trips for food for our Amazon excursions cost 60 soles each way. Driver said price is higher since you have long trip just to pickup client. Resort wanted to charge me for Dinner and Breakfast when my reservation stated both were included.
Staff at resort were nice and understood our frustration with situation. When...

"The experience was incredible. The eco tour, seeing a lot of wildlife from Caiman, sloth, monkey, tarantula, and a lot of different birds, we were very satisfied with the experience. The accommodations are a bit primative but nicer than we expected being out in the jungle. Food was very good,"
