The room was good as was the bathroom. But the heated pool wasn't functioning and it took the better part of an hour to get the sauna working. Breakfast was good. A bit more service and tea/coffee facilities in the room would lift the experience.

Great but the water pressure

Very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. My window did not close. The pressure of the water in the baths is incredibly high. So high that taking a bath can be a painful experience. Please, consider to regulate the pressure of the two water.

Mis expectativas eran bastante más altas. El hotel tenía la piscina en mantenimiento y era uno de mis objetivos. El resto, sin observaciones. El desayuno bien y el servicio de restaurant al mismo nivel.

El recepcionista , no fue muy amable , rápidamente me dijo que debía cancelar , cuando estaba hecha la reserva tenía tarjeta ingresada , aún así me dijo que nuevas políticas tan pagar al llegar le fijé que me extrañaba porque no me había sucedido , no escucho más y procedió a cobrar , no fue el mejor recibimiento.

El Hotel es bueno, de hecho siempre uso esta cadena en mis viajes de negocios. Esta vez eso si me llamo la atención el estado de mantenimiento de la habitación: chapa defectuosa, ventana mala, inodoro tapado. avise en el desk y repararon de inmediato

La Información no es clara al ingresar, tenía una reunión y me dijeron que ningún problema en el comedor y después cuando llegó la persona me dijeron que no se Podía. La Ducha de la habitación sonaba muy fuerte y salpicaba toda el Agua hacia afuera, tuve que secar el baño con toallas.
