Good location. We took a shared bus from the airport and walked through the bus station to a secure door at the end. We buzzed and a hotel staff member let us in. While waiting for another patron to check in, others on our shared bus arrived. The room was simple and clean. Excellent shower, which we needed after a day of travel. Staff was courteous and arranged for an early breakfast package for us, which we ate waiting for a taxi to the airport.

Ibis is a basic chain but the prices is reasonable and the staff very helpful. The bed was comfortable but the breakfast was just ok. Decent value for money and no complaints

The Ibis Puerto Montt was an excellent stay. We had bicycles because we were about to start the Carretera Austral; we were delighted to be able to have them in our room. It is conveniently situated near shopping, dining and the waterfront. It had a wonderful view of the nearby volcano.

Solid hotel. Great view of the lake! Very clean. Newer or updated recently. Rooms were decent sized. Breakfast was square. Location is right on the lake and next to the bus station. Great value for the price

Decent hotel for the price Comfortable enough room /bed Restaurant windows were dirty. There is a sort of a outdoor space that is not accessible but not a good sight to look at Dirty, no maintenance !

Immediately next to the bus station ...could not get any closer...literally 30 steps to my bus in the morning...perfect for early buses...right at the waterfront....walked to the cinema in a very nice mall... Room was fine, bed was acceptable, all very clean...carpeting in hallways very worn and tired but in room was fine. Food in restaurant very basic. Value was acceptable. I slept well!

The property doesn’t handle a proper cleaning record of the rooms, they can give you a part clean room as result of not cross the check out record of the guests. The location is inside a Bus Terminal, the front door can made you feel unsafe, street informal sellers and noisy street. The bay views are amazing from inside. The elevators (two in the property) are shared with cleaning services and guests and they’re really slow. It can take you up 10 minutes to get one ride.

I had to tape the gap in the window/ frame to help keep the cold draft out. Had to beg for clothes hangers. They gave 3 after 3 days of requests. Very noisy location right next to bus terminal. They put us in a room on the noisy side when the hotel was almost empty. They want too much information just to join the WiFi that stops after 3 days. Good hot water, staff friendly, good bed, sheets and blankets. The shower does not drain fast enough because the floor is sloped away from the drain so it runs out onto the bathroom floor. The place was okay for nightly rate.

Best place to stay in Puerto Montt. The location is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. WiFi is the best I’ve found in Chile. Breakfast wasn’t great but everything else was spot on. Well done to the staff at Ibis Puerto Montt !
