Room was modern and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent each day, and internet was fast. Overall better than most hotels that I have paid twice the rate for - this is an excellent value, a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend it more highly."

"The Kau Lodge is a great place to stay. Right kn the ocean, an awesome cafe and outdoors shop on the first floor and the staff is super accompdating to your needs. They ordered us a taxi transfer to the airport, let us store our bags when we did the W trek and we even checked in really late at night and someone was there to help us. The included breakfast was medicore and the rooms a tad small but everything was cozy and comfy and its super close to downtown and other restaurants."
