"This is the nicest resort in Puerto Pensaco, lovely property, grounds are amazing, staff friendly and the beach awesome. The only complaint that I have is that the apartment itself was a bit grubby and the furniture might’ve been a little bit more comfortable, the bed was creaky and the sofa was cheap. "Google maps and the dirt roads and no street signs are not updated properly to find this location . Lost ! Spent 4 1/2 hours trying to find. Never found it! Tried calling property over and over again . Left many messages asking for help to find property. No response . Scared and felt unsafe in the area we gave up and found the closest hotel available . Being charged for never staying in or finding it ! Waste of our time and money"
