It was very clean and had the amenities that one would need to be comfortable. Property Manager was awesome. The area was good. My only recommendation would be to have a light quilt for the bedroom. It gets nice and cold at night with the AC on. Only had a flat sheet. Other then that it was a very awesome stay. Definitely going back!!

Only thing I’m mad about was the wrong location they set when you click on the map and the lack of hospitality not ensuring a hot running water. I complained and maintenance was sent and still didn’t fix the water. I just stopped complaining and decided to just finish my trip. Shame cuz the complex is nice

Affordable Stay

We have discovered that this place is located near Sea Horse Ranch, by far the best and most real estate between Cabarete and Sosúa. Secluded and peaceful at night and direct ocean views. We recommend having dinner on the roof top deck or simply hop in the jacuzzi or lounge in a beach chair for some sunshine. There is a new sister building that gives the area the feel of a city near the ocean. Prices are reasonable for the amenities and location.

Memorable Stay

This is a true gem in Cabarate but closer to Sosua. The place has an enviable deck overlooking the Ocean equipped with a Jacuzzi and plenty of beach furniture. It was a pleasant surprise because the photos do not indicate that. Highly recommend this place. By the way, it has 2 pools and a restaurant on the premises. Ocean views are throughout the unit inside and outside on the balcony. It looks like there is a brand new building looking quite attractive day and night with the lights.
