This is a new hotel and it feels like new. The only downside would about it would be that it's about 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. But the neibourhood is more upscale than ZR or Centro. Many stores and restaurants close by. Staff is great as well.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Nayarit, An All-Inclusive Resort
A beautiful property with lots of swimming pools, landscaping, and common areas. Only downside is that the food options are limited, if you are staying 2-3 days it’s perfect. If you stay longer, you may find yourself craving for more food options.

very clean, room is very comfortable and staff is very friendly and attentive. the shows lacked quality for this type of resort and its high prices. It is very confusing to navigate into what's included and what is not included in this "all inclusive" resort where every little upgrade for food item ...
