Had an amazing stay at Casa Cupula with my husband in January 2026. The whole place was beautiful, well maintained and interesting to explore. We stayed on the garden level and loved the access to lower-level pool. Staff was all great and attentive, including at the pool club (which hotel guests have free access to). Didn’t want to leave :( Will definitely return again!

The staff welcomed me in a way that I felt I was visiting family ! The hotel is amazing. As a solo traveler had a lot of fun and was able to host my friends in common areas. The hotel surrounds are safe. Boris, the hotel manager and Noel, pool bar attendant were amazing. Cannot wait to book my next getaway in Puerto Vallarta!!

We absolutely loved everything about this property. It was our 20th anniversary, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We have no complaints. We even changed plans for our December trip to Brazil so that we could spend the time in Puerto Vallarta at this hotel.

The property itself is so beautiful, clean, and a great deal for your vacation stay! I stayed 4 nights and the only complaint i jave is walking to and from romantic zone. If you dont mind walking ots about 12 min on foot but its kind of a workout back up the hill and stairs when its hot. Other tha. That the property was perfect. Tried Casa Cupola for the first time and found it to be a wonderful experience. Their staff was outstanding, as was my room and the many amenities they offer. In particular, their Sunday brunch was the best! Multiple pool areas, bar and restaurant so you really want for nothing. Will absolutely stay there again on my next visit.

This place is amazing! My partner and I celebrated our 26th anniversary. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The whole staff was warm and welcoming. Our villa was beautiful with awesome views. Felix arranged “Dinner Under the Stars”. The food was incredible and the night was romantic. Unforgettable!

Clean room, location, staff and amenities were great. Food is delicious. I enjoy how quiet the hotel is during the week. Weekends can be busy and noisy with the pool party and drag brunch, but I just walk into town to get away during those times.
