I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Property could be better maintained and rooms need more maintenance, but overall it felt like home. Breakfast was delicious and enough variety (eggs, coffee, beans, meats and some mexican dishes, fresh fruits). Staff was great too. Best part was the location. Steps away from beautiful beach, good food was right around the corner and everything was convenient.

The breakfast was awesome. build your own Huevos Rancheros, pancakes, fresh fruit and more. Hotel clean with comfortable beds. 1/2 block from the beach and next to big grocery store. Definitely stay here again.

The customer service was excellent. Cesar is a wonderful doorman and deserves a raise as do the rest of the staff. The free breakfast was very good, especially the fresh fruits. Beyond that the top 3 floors were under renovations, we didn't have access to the pool on the roof, due to the Hurricane in October. The wifi was choppy, tv was broken, our view on the balcony was blocked by construction equipment. There was metal rod sticking out of the floor, shower needs some work, and it would be nice if there were mini fridges in the rooms. The AC was very good n cold. We also stayed 8 nights and felt extremely safe.

This is a great hotel if you want to be near everything. Is only a couple of blocks from our favorite restaurant Ah Caramba. Couple blocks from the Malecon and market. Tons of restaurants in any direction and a public beach around the corner. The staff was always friendly
Our room was perfect, beds are comfortable. We had a street face balcony. It is noisy, but we thought it was funny and part of the charm.
The beach is just around the corner, great beach, beautiful views and water.

Great location at the Malecon, PV. Easy access to beautiful beache, bus, hikes, taxi, grocery store, theater and many small restaurants and bars. Breakfast and coffee on the top floor was OK. Friendly staff at the dining area and front desk. I would stay there again likely in the future.

We stayed for two nights in Feb, 2025. Very good stay, recommended for a nice central location, easy access to busses, and lots of street food, and restaurants. The breakfast was also very good, hot food, and coffee, we sat outside and enjoyed the morning sun while we ate. Staff were all very attentive to anything we needed.

I've stayed here twice and will stay again. Very clean. Lovely and very helpful staff. Excellent location. Extremely walkable. Cheap. Safe. Small but nice roof top pool. 90 seconds from a great beach. 9 seconds from great food and walking.

I liked my stay, and I would come back, I just think some of your staff needs some retraining, the breakfast ladies were great, when I left. The front desk just said, that's all, not how was your stay, good morning, you need a taxi, come back, nothing. I think they could do better, having said that, I would probably go back.

Great location. Rooms are fairly basic but clean. AC worked well and had hot showers. Hallways echo a lot, very loud in the morning. Rooftop pool needs more lounging chairs and need to get rid of the pigeon and pigeon poop problem with a fake owl or something. Breakfast is awesome!
