"This hotel is a basic stopover between Bariloche and Puerto Varas.
It has a good restaurant and bar and not much more. It is clean and the bed was very comfortable."

"La habitación estaba limpia y era amplia. Sin embargo, las habitaciones de la primera planta con vistas al lago dan al parking. Las ventanas son translúcidas y no hay ningún tipo de intimidad. Solicitamos al personal cambiar la habitación a una planta superior porque nos resultó muy incómodo esto y nos lo denegaron.
Adicionalmente, el acceso a la piscina es con previa reserva, dato que no supimos hasta que llegamos al hotel y el día que llegamos no había horas disponibles.

"Este lugar me agradecio mucho! Senti mucho paz en el bosque, y la cabana era comoda. Dormi muy rico. Gracias a los trabajadores ahi por ser bien atentivos! "

"Good location and adequate parking given that it was low season. Facilities are well maintained, which was surprising as I did not see any staff other than the owner during my stay. Unexpectedly, the hotel does not provide breakfast and I did not get any soap as well. Overall, I will probably look for a different place next time I stop in beautiful Puerto Varas"

"Breakfast was fresh nevertheless a little change in daily menu would go a long way for someone spending five days at the property. Location was perfect ! Friendly staff. Oh..the room key cards did not work and I’ve had to make multiple treks to the front desk to get it reset. This is a known issue and disappointed that the hotel is not addressing this problem now. "
