"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "Check in at the hotel near the restaurant they had our name and room key already prepared and on the desk. Room was quiet, clean, and lovely.
