"Most definitely a 5* hotel. Super quick check in, my suitcase taken to my room, no wait times for a lift - there are many. Staff friendly and very efficient. Great location opposite Auckland International Airport."

"We stayed here overnight before flying out the next morning. Sure, it's an older hotel but it's well-maintained, has large rooms, the beds were comfortable, casting onto the TV screen was easy, there was a restaurant onsite (not that we used it), lots of vending machines, free parking, the staff ..."
