You had to collect the keys in a different place in a box with the code provided, and walk 15 mins to go at the place. Our room number was 409 which the quality was so bad, old furniture all around, some appliances so old when you can think not functional apart the coffee machine. "Very communicative host, who helped us find parking during the Americas Cup and was very engaged at breakfast. Easy access and bathrooms clean, excellent location directly in center of Cagliari. However the rooms themselves are pretty dated and in need of renovation - unclean walls, damp smell, etc. Recommend they need a thorough touch up."
