Overall it was a nice hotel. I didn't realize the cleaning staff would come in daily and since I was staying there a few days, I preferred they didn't. Clean room. Breakast NOT included with room. Breakfast buffet offered for $12.99 per person. Front desk person was unable to look up my member number while every other IHG hotel has no problem with that. I had t o call to get the number from customer service.
