"This hotel can only tell you if you can use there indoor parking on the day you will check-in. So you cannot reserve a parking spot before hand. This made us drive around for an hour to find a safe parking space in the neighbourhood. Also, the name of the hotel is not written on the building. The hotel is on the 2nd floor of a 45 story building. There is no one to check you in. You have to check-in at a kiosk. "We picked this apartment because everything in old town was sold out or ridiculously expensive. We had a car so it wasn't a bid deal. We were very pleasantly surprised. It was very spacious, very clean and modern. It was really nice to actually have a kitchen. We worked with management closely on check in and communication was excellent. We had an electric vehicle and management arranged for us to have electrical parking and working with them for charging. We were able to charge overnight...

"日本人の方へ、ここはホテルと書いてありますがホテルではないです。 そう思う理由: ① フロントありません。 ② ジムなどの施設ありません。 ③ シーツ、タオルの交換ありません。 ④ 掃除もしてくれません。 言ってみれば、エアビー/寮みたいな施設で、予約すると鍵のピンコードをメールで送ってきます。 横にアジア系飲食店(ベトナミーズ、チャイニーズ)があるのは便利だが、目の前の広場にホームレスがたむろしてます。それを見ると、治安が良いようには見えません。 それと、ケルン駅から近いと書いてありますが、徒歩です。30分弱です。 何度も書きますが、ここはホテルではありません。そこだけは気をつけてください。"

"Clean room, interesting yet functional kitchenette in a cupboard solution, decent bed, good shower, in general all ok. The building is in a state of renovation and the location is right besides the highway. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We (my dog and I) had a good stay."
