"Only breakfast good"

"The room was clean and the bedding was enough - I didn't need heating. The staff were extremely helpful (we had an issue with a tour operator and they spent time helping to solve the issue - I'm very thankful for that, especially being in a foreign language country). The breakfast was so good and they also recommended great food spots and how to eat to combat any altitude sickness. Amazing."

"Wonderfully clean hotel! Very close to the airport with about a 10 min taxi. The hotel can arrange your taxi service. We got there about 8pm and food was hard to order. You will need to ask for towels. Either speak good Spanish or have your Google Translate ready"

"Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. One day we had a cold shower and the next day a luke warm shower. Our room was odd with a loft where most of the beds were . The loft had low ceiling and little windows with no curtains so the room had too much light coming in at night."
