We immediately went back down to the front desk and requested another room. Those without animals should not be on the same floor as someone with animals."

"This felt like a joke. I actually went back to the photos listed hoping I was remembering a different hotel because the beautiful, fresh looking hotel was NO WHERE to be seen.
