"We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When showed up, one to had no bed. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person. We were charged 2000Rs per extra 2 beds. We had airport pickup included, which we were charged for as our flights were delayed. We were informed that we are party of 4 with 5 large bags. They send 2 small cars and charged for both. Extra bed and airport pickup charges were dropped upon talking to the manager. It's an hassle, seems like you've to negotiate your way into this property. Overall good property, location and excellent dinning options. Staff can be trained little better. "

"Everything was excellent. The room was clean, great breakfast and large variety. Gym is also pretty good."

"We have stayed here before, so knew what to expect, and we will stay here again. Rooms are big and clean, staff is courteous, breakfast has a wide spread and location is convenient close to the highway so you avoid city traffic. Would love to see some improvement in shower experience during next stay. Overall excellent experience"
