We stayed here twice within 2 weeks while our house was being renovated. Booked 2 bedroom apartment. First apartment’s living room floor was very noisy and creaked every time we walked on it. We were given an option to move after we complained but we stayed since we had a lot of luggage and a baby . We checked in again after staying in an Airbnb that was very noisy and this time we got a higher floor. The ac was stuck on arctic temp so the first night we had to turn it off and it was fixed the next day after I called the reception. One of the rooms and the en suite had a really bad sewer smell. Once the water was turned on it smelled like sewer everywhere . Someone came to look at it but the smelled remained. The whole bedroom smelled like sewer and the linens also smelled. We were just tired of travelling and moving around so we sucked up and even extended our stay( desperate times). They definitely need to do better and check rooms before booking. It was a disappointment that a 5 star felt like a motel: housekeeping and guest service people were friendly and accommodating and allowed us a late checkout so we appreciated that. If we ever have to stay here again, hopefully we would get to experience the Hyatt that we get to experience in the US/UK

Staff were very friendly and great stay for a family of four with two small children. Apartment stay was comfortable and facilities were good for a family. Breakfast buffet had good selection of Indian food and also a western section. Chai tea in the morning and afternoon were good as well.

The residences are large units suitable for long stays. Having kitchen and laundry in the unit made it very convenient. Staff was very helpful in arranging airport drop off and pharmacy delivery.

The food menu is not very appealing. What i like : Hyatt regency actually understands the quality standards of 5 star hotels unlike other properties that I stayed on my trip to India. The only thing I didn’t like is the hand shower being attached to bath tub rather being in a bathroom where it made proper sense to avoid water on floor.

We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When showed up, one to had no bed. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person. We were charged 2000Rs per extra 2 beds. We had airport pickup included, which we were charged for as our flights were delayed. We were informed that we are party of 4 with 5 large bags. They send 2 small cars and charged for both. Extra bed and airport pickup charges were dropped upon talking to the manager. It's an hassle, seems like you've to negotiate your way into this property. Overall good property, location and excellent dinning options. Staff can be trained little better.
