"It was a comfortable bed with a quality mattress. The hotel itself is pretty rundown. Cleanliness was not there really or perfunctory. For the amount of money charged, it couldn't even deliver quality or service equivalent to a good motel. The good points were it was safe, comfortable and had tolerable breakfast. There was history and a certain old world elegance to it. The staff tried hard but at baseline it seemed chaotic. The service was slow and coffee took a while. The staff mistook an Americano with drip twice at breakfast :) The buffet was decent but not exceptional. The kids loved the fresh eggs and pancakes, a definite plus. People were super friendly and helpful. "

"Other than safety of the hotel and 5 restaurants to choose from, staff are really friendly and helpful. But above all, the thing I like the most is Mughal style interior design in hallway and public space in reception area and restaurant, which makes my trip to Lahore feel worthwhile. I have travelled almost 100 countries, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed."

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tulip Capital Hotel. The overall cleanliness was shockingly poor — rooms were not properly maintained, surfaces were dirty, and basic hygiene standards were clearly ignored. It felt uncomfortable staying there. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my visit. Requests were either delayed or completely ignored, and there was a lack of basic courtesy and hospitality that you would expect from any hotel. As for the management, Ali Haider Sahi did not handle concerns appropriately. There was no accountability, and issues were brushed aside rather than resolved. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or decent service."

"I recently stayed at Four Seasons by Sheraton Lahore and had a pleasant overall experience. The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and made the stay comfortable from check-in to departure. Their service stood out as one of the highlights of the visit. The breakfast, while somewhat limited in variety, was well-prepared and enjoyable. Quality definitely made up for the smaller selection. The building itself is on the older side, but it is clearly well maintained, which reflects positively on the management’s upkeep standards. Security was also very reassuring throughout my stay. I felt safe at all times, which is especially important when traveling. I also appreciate that they provided a shuttle to pick me up and return me to the airport promptly. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Lahore, particularly if you value good service and a secure environment."

"We had a wonderful time at this location. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Food was great. Just on snag at the breakfast was the indifference of the supporting staff. Getting regular tea bags became such a big problem. One minor issue was the bathroom door lock. You could not lock it and if you did you couldn’t unlock it. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel strongly."

"Walked into room ice cold was told they turned off main for heat, after several hrs they brought a portable heater. The floors are dirty I wore brand new socks when I looked under it was filthy. Hotel advertised for Eid event the whole reason of me booking was told on actual Eid day no such event. I asked where the pool was just to be told it’s down for maintenance. I left an upscale property in dha phase 6 to come to this nightmare! I would not recommend this place. "
