Nice place, quiet, great views. There were some communication issues in the beginning and issues getting there. Once that was clear, it was cool. Also, there were some additional charges that were not clearly explained out in the original reservation but it was a nice place and good host. 4/5
⚠️NEVER STAY HERE! A DISHONEST SCAM⚠️
DO NOT BOOK.
This was the worst experience of my life.
The hosts are professional liars, unreasonable, and have zero hospitality.
They show no remorse and have no intention of improving.
Stranded in the Cold: We agreed to meet at 15:55 at the port because I had no internet.
I arrived at 14:30 to be safe, but they never showed up.
I waited in the freezing cold for over 2.5 hours.
They sent a message saying "Contact us when you arrive"—a complete insult as they knew I was offline.
They offered absolutely no apology for this negligence.
Inhumane Facilities:The nights were freezing.
They had a gas heater but refused to let me use it, telling me to "just endure it with a blanket." There is no shower, only a faucet.
The toilet was filthy, uncleaned, and smelled terrible.
There is no Wi-Fi at all.
Filthy Food & Delays: Breakfast was 30 mins late and served in a dirty storage room, not a proper dining area. It was disgusting and unfit for guests.
Money Scams: At checkout, they suddenly demanded boat fares.
Since I had no cash, they forced me to pay by card with an extra 8% fee.
*The Taxi Trap: They called a "friend's taxi" which overcharged me and dropped me at the wrong terminal.
I was forced to walk to the correct one alone.
This place is a disgrace.
They are scammers who take advantage of travelers.
For your safety and sanity, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
I truly hope this business shuts down immediately so no more victims are made
