"The hotel was beautiful, and everything was perfect. The food, cleanliness, and the overall design of the property were absolutely outstanding. The food was the best part in every way. The only downside was the service at the buffets and the process of making reservations for the restaurants that require them, which was sometimes very difficult. The biggest issue is that everything is spread out, and the golf cart transportation is very limited. Most of the time, you have to walk because there are either no carts available or they are always full. Walking long distances during the day under the hot sun is very uncomfortable."

"We had an amazing stay at the Majestic elegant All-Inclusive Hotel! The staff en special the entertainment team muńeca,michelle and pepa,were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food offered plenty of variety, the drinks were great, and everything was kept clean and well maintained. The pools, beach, and entertainment made every day enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back!"

"Un buen hotel para ir con familia especialmente para niños .El lazy river mi preferido .La atención al cliente buena ,.En cuanto a la comida en general bastante buena ,el restaurant que menos me gustó fue el steak house .Sin embargo el italiano y el japonés los adore . Por favor si van con niños pequeños no escojan la excursión a isla Saona es muy bonita pero la transportación y la logística no están adecuadas para ir con niños pequeños ."

"Mi experiencia : En general, tuvimos una buena estadía. El hotel es muy bonito, moderno y con excelentes instalaciones. Las habitaciones, las áreas comunes y las piscinas están muy bien cuidadas, y se nota que es un proyecto nuevo con mucho potencial. Sin embargo, todavía tienen bastante por mejorar en el área de servicio al cliente. En varias ocasiones el servicio fue lento y faltó coordinación entre el personal. También creo que los restaurantes necesitan mejorar, especialmente en la preparación y cocción de algunos alimentos, así como en los tiempos de espera para ser atendidos y para recibir la comida. Entiendo que es un hotel nuevo y que todavía están afinando muchos procesos. Con algunos ajustes en el servicio y la operación de los restaurantes, estoy seguro de que puede convertirse en uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona. Les deseo mucho éxito y espero regresar en el futuro para ver esas mejoras."

"Everything was perfect. Food, staff, view, and shows. They only thing we can say was not excellent was we wished the room was cooler. Temp said 68 it won't let you go down further, but it felt more like 74. Our fault we probably should have brought that to their attention."

"Beautiful resort amazing pool just do need to be more cautious on cleaning it we are a lot of travelers, also really need to have more staff around the area of the pools not just at the bars and restaurants. Buffets are very good, Asian & Steak House was very good as well, a little more introduction towards the facility would help as of training the staff, asked a few and did not know either LOL. Overall was a good stay could of been better but it was a good Vacation."
