"The grounds are pretty but this hotel is dated. The AC didn't work at all, only one outlet in the room worked and the food wasn't good. Also they should have golf carts or something to transport ppl from one end to the other. It's soo big and I have a bad knee so maneuvering the property was difficult"

"The activities suit all age. The food was okay, the buffet was very good with a lot of variety. However the à la carte restaurants need some improvements to do. The room was very clean. Although there is a no smoke rule, there are outside areas where people could smoke and the smell somehow got inside my room (not always) but it did happen. Overall, the beach and pool were great. My family had a very relaxing time. "

"We stayed with my husband for 5 days, and it was a wonderful time to relax. The resort and rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The waiters were especially amazing and attentive. There is also a coffee shop on the property, which was very convenient. The huge pool accommodates many guests comfortably. And the beautiful flamingo living at the resort was truly the cherry on top. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again!"

"The resort itself is a 4/5, the food is not bad and the buffet has many options and good for breakfast lunch and dinner. However, the staff are so rude and pushy. We were physically harassed by “animacion” staff to participate in games we didn’t want to. and by physical i mean grabbed and pulled and shushed and tried to force into participating after multiple times saying we’re not interested and no thank you. We also had such a difficult time with the app. we could not set it up or get ahold of the front desk to help us get basic things like towels. multiple times our room was cleaned and all of our towels were taken but not restocked. 20% of the staff were kind and welcoming and made for an enjoyable experience but honestly this resort cannot be 5 stars like advertised if their staff has as bad of manners as what we experienced. We understand there’s amenities available but we were so sick of being harassed everyday to do the spa, play volleyball do excursions or purchase unnecessary souvenirs on the beach. For the most part we did enjoy our stay outside of these experiences. Would i recommend someone else stay here? definitely not but that’s simply because of the way we were treated by staff. and mind you we did tip occasionally when service was good. so to end this review honestly it deserves a 3/5. Good enough but would not return."

"Our stay at this resort was absolutely unforgettable because of the incredible staff who went above and beyond every single day. The level of hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail truly made this experience special for me and my family. Yan Carlos Túpete was AMAZING. He decorated my room for my birthday, organized for the restaurant staff to sing Happy Birthday, and even made sure I had my favorite chocolate cake. His attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness are unmatched. He is truly an asset to this property and should never be overlooked. Gisset Tolentino and Antoni Moreta were extremely attentive and always willing to help throughout our stay. Lissette Carrasco checked on my family daily to make sure we had everything we needed and was always welcoming and knowledgeable. Randy Santana brought so much fun to the resort. He had everyone dancing and enjoying themselves no matter their age. Juan NOT 2 from entertainment was also incredible and knew exactly how to keep the crowd excited and engaged. Natividad Sarmiento kept our room spotless every day and provided exceptional housekeeping service. Merlin Baez made every visit to Mangu restaurant feel warm and welcoming, and Chef Starlin Javier was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the food. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable. We will return year after year because of the staff and beautiful resort."

"Excelente hotel, vale la pena el excellence club, la playa hermosa para caminar, hay bastante oleaje. El SPA es excelente también y los empleafos muy atentos y profesionales. Restaurante Frances no nos gusto la comida, aunque es muy bonito y el servicio muy bueno. Los mejores fueron el Agave, Magna y Oregano. No nos dio tiempo a ir al Grill. El cafe Aroma de lo mejor!!! Es un hotel, tranquilo y muy fácil para caminar, todo muy bien distribuido. El mantenimiento es continuo y las habitaciones muy amplias. Esperamos volver pronto!!!"
