"A lovely stay at a very good hotel, the staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and the half-board offer is great, the food choices and selection are varied, I'm pescatarian but very plant based and there was lots of choice for those with restrictive eating. Shame water and tea isn't free (or appeared not to be, with the drinks stations shut). The pools looked nice though I didn't use them as they were quite cool and I prefer a bath (haha), it was also a hotel where the lower pools had no beds free (the upper cold pool did) until later in the afternoon. That annoying habit that many holiday makers have of nabbing a bed, leaving towels and disappearing for hours, is prevalent here also."

"Very good standard accommodation, filter tap for drinking water and air conditioning were big pluses. Lovely pool area and the on site bar and restaurant , Bailybar offered happy hour deals and very nice meals. "
"Super clean hotel room, generally nice staff, I booked a half board stay for 6 nights
Food is not bad - buffet style however I wish I had more chances to go out into town for local food!
This resort is farther away from Costa Teguise town centre but it's fit for purpose of my trip - to unwind and stay away from hustle and hustle. Other hotel guests are generally nice (without people who go crazy loud at night, etc.)
Good facilities, pools, gym, a full schedule of activities every single day.
Will stay here again next time I come to Lanzarote!"

"The best hotel that we have stayed in Lanzarote and we have been coming for many years. The reception team are very professional and helpful, the breakfasts are exceptional, the rooms are srepotless and beautifully furnished, the gardens are delightful and the large heated pool is a joy to swim in. Well done! "
"Perfect position for the area no cabs needed, right on the sea front a little cove for snorkelling about 5 mins walk. Rooms were clean, clean towels daily, breakfast great variety, dinner buffet only a few times as ate out in local restaurants, so would have liked option of lunch or dinner which would have been worth more to us, will defo be back.
