"I was a single traveller. The room i was given was large, with a double bed, and ensuite bathroom. For the price i paid, i found it was good value for money - everything i needed was there. "The staff is very friendly. The hotel is more like a 4 star at best as it is starting to show its age a bit. The breakfast was good, however, the staff could hardly keep up with the tremendous amount of people. The location of the hotel is fantastic!"

"The hotel overall was very good. I would give it 5 stars but the room given to us was very outdated and the room reeked of sewer smell. We complained but nothing was done while we occupied it. Putting the stoppers in the plugs helped. Other than that property was very good."

"This was an excellent choice for our stay on tenerife in the canary islands. Our third floor seaside room was wonderful because we could leave the door open and listen to the waves. And yet, still have privacy during the day, because people could not see in from the street. The breakfast offering is quite amazing. And the room has modern appointments that were really nice such as motion detected nightlights in the bathroom and l e d's that could be set for different light levels. It's true that the rooms are not very large and the bathroom is quite a squeeze. I was also a little stumped that amenities did not include body lotion or hair conditioner. These seem pretty basic for a four star hotel. However, overall it was a wonderful place for us to spend our time in the canary islands"
