"Stunning views, large and comfortable property was helpful with the family. Well equipped kitchen - we cooked with ease. Only downside was the smell of the drains in the second bathroom - it was really bad - to the point where we shut off that room altogether. Didn’t meet any staff but key instructions were fine. "The pools were filthy, on the border they had a layer of something greasy. The room was “premium” it had an exclusive pool. the shower didn’t worked properly. No AC control. There were bedbugs. The balcony was nice The food in general was bad, in some cases disgusting… when I asked for some ingredients for allergy they didn’t know and didn’t bother to follow back. The kids animation was good"

"Although the booking is advertised as Hotel Punta Leona, it is actually for Apartamentos Arrecifes rather than a room in the main hotel. This should be made clearer, as the apartments are farther away and require transportation, an important detail for families with young children or elderly travelers or anyone requiring a wheelchair. We also experienced a 40-minute delay at check-in because the room was not ready (partially compensated with a late check-out). Upon arrival, the apartment did not appear thoroughly cleaned, beach towels were missing, and the room phone was not working. Additionally, check-in takes place at the main hotel, about a 5-minute drive away on a poorly maintained road. The apartment includes a kitchen but lacks basic cookware. Air conditioning is limited to the bedrooms, while the living area only has ceiling fans. On the positive side, there is a supermarket within a short 2-minute walk."

"The room and facilities were clean, my only complaint would be the area itself, out of control of the hotel. There was someone sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the hotel when we arrived and there really isn’t much to offer in the area. We only stopped for the night to catch the ferry the next day and thought that there would be more to see. "
