"Accommodates 5 people with a plenty space.."

"Breakfast was amazing - enormous spread of options! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Things like lemon ice water in the foyer were just added details that made our stay even better. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice and hot. The only thing I didn’t like was how janky the elevators were. I did a lot of stair-climbing, but it never hurts to get the exercise."

"I reserved a king size bed room and was assigned 2 queen size… I was told, by employee of the front desk, that they can only guarantee the room if you book through Hilton app. Why on Expedia they ask you to choose a room if the can guarantee it… very condescending too… wouldn’t recommend"

"We arrived to this property after getting off the Norwegian Bliss for an Alaskan cruise. Our rooms were ready for us when we arrived. That was great because some of our party was not feeling well.This allowed them to rest in the room as we had an excursion planned for the afternoon. Our rooms were spacious, clean and with comfortable beds.I had booked for two nights but did not have a problem when we decided to leave a day early. "Room was cold. Asked for a blanket and given a sheet. Had to call desk on second day because NO toilet paper. Asked housekeeper and she had no idea what I was saying. Had asked for accessibility room because husband is 93 with a cane but they couldn’t even find regular room. Put us halfway to back. Back door was closer than front door. Breakfast was good and plentiful. No garbage or towels picked up during entire stay. If we have to go to Seattle again, will not choose this hotel. "

"Our room was clean, however the beds were worn out and too soft. They caused us to have back pain. Also, the sheets and bed were hot which caused us to not sleep well. The shower and bathroom were excellent with a lot of counter space. The breakfast was O.K., but not great. "You need a card to get in everywhere and it’s $5 to wash and $5 to dry, the dry doesn’t dry to good so you have to spend anther $5 to dry I spent $15 to wash and dry 1 load of clothes smh"

"I asked for a handy cap room didn’t get it was just on the first floor. The bathroom was big but the toilet was so low could barely get on and off with out pain. The tub I couldn’t get in it so my hole stay was unable to get clean.! The bed was hard and lumpy didn’t sleep well. The room was clean the AC worked well. The staff were great helped us more than once. Didn’t use the laundry room. The breakfast was a joke there was a loaf of bread and two things of cereal the juice was empty....

"Whenever someone, staffs or guests, open/close the gate to the swimming pool, it creates a loud banging noise that every room nearby will hear it. If you go to bed early at 10:00pm or wake up late in the morning, you will be awakened by the loud banging noise. If you don’t bother by it, the place is fine."
