"Overall, my experience was positive with a few minor drawbacks. My room was located in a separate building, just above the gym. There were no lifts, so this could be an issue for people with mobility issues. The room itself was on the smaller side but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. "With additional charges I should have booked my first choice, I saw this hotel on offer and took it. I paid extra for a dog but didn't get the doggy bag mentioned on site. Staff were very dog friendly hotel isn't really. Nowhere to walk the dog really just a carpark and small courtyard. The court yard isn't really a suitable place to go to the toilet and the carpark was very hot in 30°+ also I had to get someone to get me breakfast as dogs aren't allowed in the area, so I couldn't see what was...

"Was good for 1 night stay. Breakfast was nice. Staff super helpful and friendly. Only negative was the slamming doors at night. The bedroom doors require a good slam to shut them so this made it a little disruptive at night. Other than that it was a great little place to stay."

"One of the best service hotels we have stayed at. Room was a nice size, clean but could have done with a bit more dusting. No shower gel in the shower. We could have asked due some but things like this should be checked before letting out the room. However staff were very friendly. The restaurant served quite nice meals. Buffet breakfast is very good too. Love the black pudding. Definitely would stay here again. It's quiet considering it's at a service area. 8/10 from us."

Deshalb habe ich für meine Frau extra eine Suite gebucht – was man uns zunächst gab, war allerdings eine Frechheit: ein dunkles Loch mit Blick auf eine Ziegelwand. Warum versucht man eigentlich immer wieder, Ausländern die schlechtesten Zimmer zuzuschieben? Nach längerer Diskussion bekamen wir immerhin eine helle und geräumige Suite, inklusive Entschuldigung. Schade nur, dass die Mängelliste...
