"The situation of the hotel, near the main square of Osorno, is OK. A parking lot is provided. But the room war rather narrow and dark. Breakfast was OK. The staff was not particularly friendly. What shocked me, was that they wanted to charge me an amount in pesos at a fantasy rate above the effective rate."

Alexis es un anfitrión top preocupado desde antes de nuestra llegada, nos permitió hacer el check-in más temprano, nos dio buenísimas recomendaciones de la zona y siempre estuvo disponible y pendiente de cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Además nos tenía a nuestra llegada unas galletitas de regalo, té y café. El domo es super acogedor para una familia (un plus que admitan mascotas) y tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, haciéndolo muy confortable y práctico. Alexis siempre nos lo tenía a una temperatura perfecta. A destacar el diseño del domo, aprovechado al detalle y la extremada limpieza y mantencion del mismo. Se nota el cariño puesto en el negocio. Se encuentra a pocos minutos en auto de frutillar y de las principales carreteras, por lo que lo hace un lugar tranquilo rodeado de naturaleza. 100% recomendable!!!"
