"No outlets next to bed. Rooms are outdated. We could hear the drunks outside really loud no one at office to call. We will never stay there again. We had plans to stay 3 nights after first horrible night we canceled and left."

"The room was pretty clean other than an old wash cloth that was still in the shower. The bed was not a queen bed although it was advertised as such and when I asked the staff they tried to insist it was. I have pictures it was full not queen. The drain in the shower backs up too. The room is cold ..."

When we spoke to the staff about it their response was “it’s our off season” no matter the season your services should be consistent and quality of space should be as described ..."
