"The hotel is aesthetically pleasing overall. Our rooms wer very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were allowed an early check in for one of our two rooms, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight. Our only real complaint is that although we could get an uber to the hotel, getting an uber from the hotel was nearly impossible because of how it is positioned. We probably wouldn't book again because of the distance from the city center. Other than that, it's a high quality place...

Airline allowed me to rebook my flight but this hotel would not allow me a refund or even to hold a credit for future stay. Very disappointing service. Paid for over a week stay and never actually went here. Expedia tried to help but the hotel refused to make any accommodations"
